MW Studio FAQ’s
We regularly receive emails and messages from our customers containing questions that require an answer before items have been purchased. More often than not, these emails contain different versions of the same questions. It is because of this that we thought it would be helpful to make a list of ten of our most frequently asked questions, so that our customers have somewhere that they can visit on our website that will hopefully help to answer any of their queries.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you have chosen our standard delivery option we aim to get your order sent and delivered to you within a 3 - 5 working day time period. During busy periods such as Father’s Day and Christmas, deliveries can be slightly slower, so we advise ordering in advance to avoid this. Please also check the Delivery Information page, which you will find at the bottom of our home page. This is where you will find updated delivery times.
Alternatively, if you need your order to arrive quicker than between 3 - 5 working days, we do also offer next day delivery at an extra cost of £8.50
What are your items made from?
All of our decorations and keyrings are made from stainless steel. The only products that aren’t made from stainless steel are our necklaces. Our gold necklaces are gold plated and our silver necklaces are made from sterling silver. All of our products are very durable and should withstand usual wear and tear, however if there are any issues with your items don’t hesitate to drop us an email and we will be more than happy to help. How large are the products?
Our products differ in size, so do check the information given on the item page for specific sizes. However, do bear in mind that our products are keyrings and keepsakes so aren’t large. Most of our pieces can fit perfectly into the palm of your hand.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we ship internationally which only costs £10!
Does the engraving on the picture come on the item as standard?
No. Our products are completely personalisable. Please type out the exact wording that you would like engraved in the box provided on the item web page. Similarly, the personal message cards are also completely personalisable. We would require the full message that you wanted written on the card to be typed into the box provided on the item page. If you wanted the engravings to be in specific places - for example, if you were ordering a star decoration and you wanted names/words on certain points, please write some directional notes in the engraving box e.g. Dad (top left) Our star in the sky (middle right) Forever loved (bottom left) Forever missed (bottom right).
How many words can be engraved on the item?
Due to the fact that our products differ in size, the amount of characters that can be engraved on each item can range between 30 and 50 characters. Shorter phrases, names and dates are favoured by our customers as they are more visually pleasing. However, as long as it fits, we will be happy to engrave anything you want. How big must my photo be for the photo keyring?
When choosing the photo for your photo keyring or bag charm, please take into consideration that this picture will be cropped to fit a circle. It is because of this that square photos work best. Also, we ask that you choose a photo that is slightly more zoomed out so that we can comfortably fit everyone inside the circle. Additionally, please ensure that the photo is clear and bright as this can affect how it looks on the final product. Please refer to the guide below when choosing your photo:
Where shall I send my photo?

We ask you to be kind and patient when emailing, there’s usually only one of us checking the emails and during busy periods you may not get a reply straight away. However, we do try our best to get back to everyone within a 24hr time period.
What words should I get engraved?
If you are struggling to find the right words, why not use our photos for some inspiration? It’s what they are there for! If you’ve already checked them out and you’re still not sure, don't hesitate to drop us an email - we would be more than happy to help.
What’s your refund policy?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund on any of our personalised items. However, if the item is not personalised, we do offer a 30 day refund policy. Alternatively, if your order has arrived damaged or any words are misspelled, we will offer you a replacement and in some circumstances, a refund.
