We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for non-personalised goods within 28 days. Please include your dispatch note with your return. If you no longer have this please include a note with your order number included.
Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing before it arrives at MW Studio.
Personalised items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.
