Following an email from me regarding my concern at the delay at receiving my order Melissa emailed me back to apologise and stated my purchase had been overlooked.
Whilst obviously disappointed I appreciated the honesty. It was refreshing to be told the truth, instead of blaming postal strike, backlog of work etc etc.
